Serving as a judge requires understanding the law and human affairs. 

Acquired from serving 16 years as a Common Pleas Court Judge, Ken grasps the core of an issue quickly. He applies his understanding and knowledge adjudicating matters often involving white collar crime and business litigation. Ken represents receivers in commercial matters, and has been appointed receiver by banks or other lenders to manage properties in lieu of bankruptcy and/or foreclosure or in conjunction with a foreclosure.

Registered as a Private Judge, Ken regularly serves as a Mediator and Arbitrator, successfully resolving disputes through his keen legal aptitude and vast judicial experience.
