A business-minded commercial real estate attorney with a vast understanding of the industry.

Kate has a specialization in residential real property law, including multi-family and all matters involving title, leasing, land use, and development. She uses her persuasive communications and effective negotiations skills in real estate transactions for developers, builders, buyers, sellers, planned communities, and various types of real estate lenders. Drawing on a career dedicated to the industry, Kate has lead significant transactions involving commercial and industrial projects, retail centers, office building, hotels and resort properties, multi-family apartments, as well as subdivisions. She provides extensive counsel and representation from planning, due diligence, title and acquisition through the pipeline of development, lease out, management and operations.
